Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund based on the condition of the product upon its return. Returns
All returns must be made within 48 hours of the product receipt date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the receipt or proof of purchase attached. We will not be able to issue a refund for products that have been opened or already used.
Refunds
To return your items by mail, please follow these 3 easy steps:
- Place the items you wish to return in the bag;
- Seal the bag and attach the return label to the bag;
- Drop off the bag at any post office.
The refund or exchange is issued within 5 business days following the receipt of the items. Seeds Marrakech is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping.
Note: All costs associated with your return are your responsibility.
